We have selected our professional catering company, Dine With Style for its creativity and high standards of cuisine. Established in 2004 by experienced French chef, Stephane Planchais, Dine With Style provides imaginative, modern, food prepared from the freshest, seasonal ingredients. This includes anything from finger buffets, evening snacks and barbeques to full-scale wedding breakfasts specifically tailored to suit your taste and budget.

Drinks
We can put together a comprehensive drinks package for you that range in price according to your needs. Please see the menus below for a list of wines, champagnes etc.

Alternatively, you may provide your own sparkling wine, champagne, and wine for your drinks reception and wedding breakfast. Please note that there is a corkage charge for this.

Corkage
Most venues charge corkage per bottle, but we charge a one-off charge of £6.50 per person plus VAT for each guest 18 years of age or above attending the drinks reception and wedding breakfast.

Head Chef, Stephane Planchias Profile
Passionate about food, Stephane Planchais grew up in Paris with a father who was an award-winning pastry chef and an Italian mother with a talent for making superb pasta. It was perhaps inevitable that he attended catering school at the early age of thirteen.

Three years later, with his catering diploma in hand, he began his apprenticeship in some of Paris' finest hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants. Gaining valuable hands-on experience, he worked his way through the ranks as Commis Chef, Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.

In 1998, Stephane left Paris and came to England where in 2001 he took the position as Head Chef at the Green Park Brasserie in Bath. He then worked as a private chef to a well-known local celebrity before deciding to set up his own catering business. In the summer of 2004, he established Dine With Style. Drawing on his extensive experience, Stephane now also provides a consultancy service.

A real family man, Stephane still finds time to juggle business with spending time with his twins.
