The Maltings is a spacious country cottage with large oak beamed ceilings and a kitchen, dining and sitting area which is dominated by a magnificent wrought-iron chandelier. Folly Cottage is a delightful, character-filled cottage with beamed ceilings, set away from the main courtyard, on its own, approximately 100 yards from the Folly Farm estate entrance.

The feature fireplace with a wood-burning stove, dominates the large, comfortably furnished sitting room. A heavy elm dining table and chairs seats eight comfortably and the compact kitchen has a door leading out onto the patio and private garden. The cottage has central heating, a cooker, fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, TV and a telephone (for outgoing calls only). The cottage also has the added benefit of parking space for four cars.
