Hourly Hire Charges for Weddings and Parties 2008

• We require a deposit of £1500 (subject to VAT) to secure your event. This gives you exclusive use of the Great Tythe Barn
• To secure your booking, we require full payment of the deposit charge and the return of signed terms of business
• There is a minimum 5-hour charge for events taking place in the barn
• Each additional hour, or part hour thereof, is charged at the hourly rate up to midnight
• After midnight, each additional hour, or part thereof, is charged at one and a half times the hourly rate
• Hire commences from the agreed start time and ceases on departure of the last guest
• There is no charge for setting up time on the day of the event
• Wedding bookings on Saturdays between June and September are subject to a minimum guest number of 100 attendees to the Wedding Breakfast

No music is permitted to be played after midnight unless all COTTAGES have been booked by Bride & Groom.

Wedding Ceremonies

• There is an additional charge of £100 plus VAT for Civil Ceremonies held at the Great Tythe Barn

Additional Equipment

• Use of our standard table and conference chairs are included in the barn hire price
• Banqueting chairs, extra-large circular top tables and high chairs are available for hire if required

• 6ft-round table - £10.00 per table
• 7ft-round table - £22.00 per table
• Delivery & collection - £29.00

All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%. Effective from 1st June 2006.
